Just got back from NYC with my family last week and had 5 kids and 3 adults so we wanted to make sure we had a plan each day. A recommendation for kids and adults is the Intrepid air craft carrier. It was a great day exploring the ship and sub parked next to it. Make sure to buy your tickets on-line to eliminate waiting in the long line to purchase tickets. This is well worth the trip to the west side of town but the city bus stops in from of the ship if you don’t want to take a taxi.
